About the Conference

Ongoing changes in healthcare, especially large systems changes resulting from shifts in care reimbursement structures, can feel overwhelming and cause caregivers lose sight of the values and passion that brought them to the work in the first place. This one-day conference will explore how health centers are staying on mission during this transition period. Sessions will focus on how clinical practice is changing and if these changes align with health center values. Panels and discussions will explore approaches to non-differentiated care, how providers from multiple disciplines and organizations are communicating and contributing to new workflows, and the expansion and formalization of methods for addressing the social determinants of health. Afternoon concurrent sessions will focus on building skills that serve our health centers’ missions.

The full program can be found HERE.
